www.nffe.org is your link to the National Federation of Federal Employees. At this site you can find the "Benefits" link to locate Dental and Vision plans at http://www.nffedental.com/ under the "For Members" button

www.vacouncil.com is the site of the VA Council. On this site you can find several good resources as well as a listing of the facilities that are a part of the Council. The Council is responsible for securing the new master agreements. The contract in currently in negotiations as of this posting.

http://www.unionplus.com/ this is a membership eligibility benefit for AFL-CIO union members. It provides for multiple discounted services, from car rentals to dental care to preferred loan rates. It is definitely worth a look.
